5. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to request data deletion through emailing us at management@sosbharat.com ( Option will be in profile settings soon also). The deletion process includes:
- Immediate removal from active systems
- Permanent deletion within 90 days
- Deletion of all media content
- Email confirmation upon completion
6. Volunteer System
The volunteer system operates under the following conditions:
- No formal verification process currently implemented
- Location sharing limited to emergency events
- Rating system may affect volunteer status
- We reserve the right to suspend volunteer status based on feedback

- This license is required for operating our services, including displaying your content in local feeds

- You are solely responsible for any content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness
- SOS Bharat acts only as a platform and bears no responsibility for user-generated content
10.2 Content Posting and Limitations
To maintain quality and prevent misuse, we implement the following limitations:
- Users are subject to daily post limits based on their account type
- Standard accounts may post up to 5 times per day (subject to change)
- Ambassador accounts may receive additional posting privileges
- Daily interaction limits apply to likes and other engagement features
- Users receive a daily allocation of 50 likes to encourage meaningful engagement (subject to change)
- Post visibility is tied to user-specified locations (volunteering location or current location)
- Users must consent to location sharing when posting content
10.3 Community Guidelines
All content must comply with our community standards:

- Content visibility cannot be modified after posting - please post accordingly
- While posts are public, basic profile information is only visible to registered users
- By posting content, you acknowledge and accept that it will be publicly accessible to all SOS Bharat users

- Emergency services (Police, Ambulance, Fire)

By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- This is a secondary support system
- You will follow all standard emergency procedures first
- You will not rely solely on this App during emergencies
- Response times and availability of volunteers cannot be guaranteed

By accepting this EULA, you grant us permission to:
- Collect, store, and process your personal information
- Use your data for service improvement and optimization

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of:
- Service availability
- Response time

- Volunteer availability or quality
- Emergency response effectiveness
1.5 Limitation of Liability
By using this App, you agree that we shall not be liable for:
- Any delays in emergency response
- Actions or inactions of volunteers
- Accuracy of location data
- Service interruptions
- Data loss or breach
- Any consequential damages
Child Safety Standards
We are committed to ensuring the safety of children on our platform. Our app complies with Google's Child Safety Standards policy by implementing the following measures:
- Published Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content or behavior that violates these standards will be promptly addressed.
- In-App Mechanism for User Feedback: Users can report any inappropriate content or behavior directly through our app. We encourage users to provide feedback to help us maintain a safe environment.
- Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We take immediate and appropriate action to address any CSAM reported on our platform, including removal and reporting to relevant authorities.
